What to expect from the FFF!

Fitness for Fire was created to help people understand fitness and the basics of how to achieve your fitness goals. Easy to use home workouts will be made available. It is also an avenue for firefighters and athletes to get a look at programs, training tips, and discuss views with other fitness pros. No question shall go unanswered. Your one stop for all your fitness needs. We will also take a look at the world of firefighting through the eyes of experts as well as the sport that is known as the combat challenge.

Starting in 2009, Boot Camp at the Beach will be instructed by Fitness For Fire.
