Q: How do I get back into the working out mode?
A: Start with the most important motivator, your health. If the reason that you want to get back in shape is for health reasons, than that will be your main goal. You can use anything to push you back into the working out mode. Some may need a partner to help coach them along. Some may need the doctor to inform them that there health is at risk. If you have children, a job, or certain goals that you would like to achieve, then those certain things can be your motivator to push you in the right direction. Its up to you!

Q: What program will help me achieve success?
A: Every person is different. The needs of one may be completely different than the needs of another. You have to figure out what you need and what you would like to achieve from your program. Once you figure out what you need from the program, then getting a personal program designed for you will be that much easier. You can get programs from your doctor, a local gym, a personal trainer, or on the internet. Programs will also be available for members in the near future from the FFF.

Q: How many days a week will I have to work-out?
A: The average person can usually find 3-4 days a week to put towards there work-out programs. Depending on each persons schedule will depend on how many days or hours a person can put towards there program. The recommended amount of time needed to obtain minimal fitness goals is usually 3-4 days a week at about 20 minutes per day. You can also put in 10 minutes twice a day for 3-4 days and get positive results. It all depends again on your needs. You can email the FFF for individual advice.

Q: Do I have to join a gym?
A: NO. Most people are under the misconception that you have to join a gym and workout around all those buff bodybuilders. That is not true, you can simulate anything at a gym with bodyweight exercises both at home or at work. You can also purchase inexpensive home gyms to get the same effect. The only thing missing from going to a gym is the people and personal trainers. Most people know personal trainers or can get programs from websites like this one to help them get on the right track.

Q: How long will it take to look like I have been working out?
A: You may see results almost immediately, or you may not see much change for weeks. It all depends on what you put into your program. Some may only have time to work-out a couple of days a week, others may spend hours upon hours trying to get that bod. It will also depend on how much effort you put into your daily routine. If you work-out for 30 minutes at a low intensity and never reach your Target Heart Rate, then you may take forever to shed those pounds. If you never increase your weight when strength training, then you may never see the strength gains that you are looking for.

Q: What kind of diet is the right diet?
A: There are many diets and many different sites that can put you in the right frame of mind, one thing is for sure, no diet is foolproof. For most, a high protein diet with low carb intake along with minimizing fat, works for them. Some go for the high carb diet with low protein. It really depends on the individual. Realize what is your Daily Caloric Intake needs, then keep the calories within those numbers and limit your meals to smaller more frequent meals throughout the day. This will help most increase their metabolism and help burn fat. Just think of children, they eat what they need for energy, no more, then return for more when they need more fuel. Remember, what the body doesn't need for energy or muscle building will be stored as fat, it doesn't matter if it is protein, carbs, or even the obvious, fat.

Q: How can I become a member of the Fitness for Fire Team?
